Our Workshops

A Stacked Journey. Each Session Builds on the Last

Delivered to a fixed cohort of up to 50 students across three school visits.

Entrepreneurial Throughout

Why “entrepreneurial” is our differentiator:

From October to May, students don’t just reflect, they build.

Whether it’s designing a life (Significance), solving real problems (Entrepreneurial Journey), or branding their authentic self (Creativity), entrepreneurial thinking is the thread that ties it all together.

This is what we’re told makes LifeWorks Insights unlike any other workshop that has been hosted.

October

Significance & Wellbeing:
• Explore Ikigai (“What is your Why?”)
• Growth vs. Fixed mindset
• Experiences vs. Things

→ Students create a personal purpose statement ... private, not graded.

February

Entrepreneurial Journey & Critical/Creative Thinking:
• Solve real-world problems
• Light-touch pitching
• Resilience through real stories (e.g., Jack Ma)
• Creative challenges (rebus puzzles, lateral thinking)

→ Students prototype ideas using writing, drawing, or colour.

May

Careers & Creativity:
• “What Color Is Your Parachute?” method
• Match interests to future paths
• Personal branding & cross-cultural networking

→ Students craft a future story they own - not an assignment.

All reflections are private and personal. Nothing is marked or collected for assessment.

A Toolkit for Life

At the end of the journey, students take all their worksheets, reflections, and creative work with them – not as homework, but as a personal toolkit. These are tools they can return to whenever they face a big decision, need clarity, or want to reignite their sense of purpose.

Because the future isn’t something you wait for, it’s something you build, one tool at a time.

LifeWorks Insights is a social enterprise. Every workshop we deliver helps us learn how to bring life-changing tools to more young people, regardless of background..
